WHY THIS MATTERS TO YOUR SHOW

Your audience already knows your record. They have heard it hundreds of times on headphones, and they arrive wanting that, with the weight and the air a PA can give it.

Delivering that is a studio problem solved at live speed. Which compressor and why. Where the vocal sits when the guitars come in. What the kick costs the bass. I have been making those decisions since 1999 on records that went platinum. They are the same decisions in front of a crowd, made in three minutes instead of three days.

Then there is the PA, which is a separate job. I get the mix right first. Then I tune the system to deliver it, room to room.

LIVE RECORDINGS

I multitrack every show I mix. Every night of your tour becomes a possible release, whether you planned one or not.

From those tracks I deliver a finished record. Curated, produced, and mixed to the standard of an album.

All of it in house. No separate hire, no files sent to someone who was not in the room, no waiting on a stranger’s schedule. The person who mixed the show makes the record of it.

If you want the live album, it helps to have someone at the desk who has made albums.

How I Work

I advance venues properly. I get on the phone before the day and sort out conflicts ahead of load in, so nobody is solving problems when doors are about to open. I show up with what was expected.

When plans change, and they do, I stay calm and practical.

I mix front of house. I do not take monitor, in-ear, or patch roles. The job is making the show sound professional, running the audio crew, and getting the PA to cooperate.
